- Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team at brandedkrikit@gmail.com for instructions.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days with photos of the damage so we can assist you with a return or exchange.
